The types of Ireland Visa

  1. Short stay 'C' Visa:

Before applying for a long stay ‘D’ visa please make sure that you are acquainted with the immigration procedures that apply to people seeking to come to Ireland for more than 3 months.
You must apply online and once you have completed the online application process, you need to adhere to the guidelines on the summary application form that is generated by the online system. The summary form will comprise information on where you are supposed to submit your supporting documentation.
The summary form must be printed and signed along with date and must be submitted with your supporting documentation.  You are required to provide your Biometrics information as part of the application process.
Documents required for Ireland visa are listed below:
  • 2 coloured passport sized photographs not more than 6 months old

Visa Fees:

The non-refundable visa fee is a government fee which encompasses the cost of processing your application. The Visa Fees is €60.

Applying for your visa online:

You can apply for student visa online using the Irish Government’s official website. You need to apply at least three months before your planned date of travel to study in Ireland. Keep in mind, your application date is the date when your application fee is paid.
